Course description

A company's competitive advantage is often found in its most valuable resource - its people. The tasks of human resource management involve acquiring, training, developing, motivating, organizing, and maintaining the human resource of the firm such that the company can achieve its long-term goals. This course aims to familiarize the students with essential concepts and techniques in HRM.
